Live Transfer.

Sometimes referred to as warm transfer, it is the transfer of customer directly to someone at your dealership during the initial phone call. The call center agent stays on line and hands the customer over to the designated person at your dealership with an introduction. We have a professional, live, 24/7, english/spanish, stateside call center. We answer the call, get all the pertinent customer information, obtain permission to run credit bureaus, and then transfer the call to the dealership. After hours, or if no one is avaliable to accept the call, we will set an appointment for the customer to go in to the dealership and send you notification by email. All of this information and activity is available at a password protected website set up for each dealer.
